TARA Flow provides an AI-powered automotive cybersecurity compliance platform that includes:

• Automated Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) tools
• ISO 21434, IEC 62443, and EU Cyber Resilience Act compliance automation
• Visual system architecture modeling and trust zone analysis
• AI-assisted attack tree generation and damage scenario mapping
• Automated work product generation and compliance documentation
• Integration with existing development workflows and tools

Services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use most features of our Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, assessments, or content you create using our Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host, store, and process Your Content to provide the Services
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• Use feedback you provide to enhance the Services

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to the Services requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are:

• Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Subject to change with 30 days notice
• Exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.)

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to:

• Provide current, complete payment information
• Authorize automatic renewal charges
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Notify us of payment method changes

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Role-based access controls and audit logs

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TARA Flow provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee compliance with any standard or regulation. Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance programs meet all applicable requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARA Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Services

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. You have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Munich, Germany. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
